I was given the opportunity to go backpacking in Europe last month and have done things that are part of my "things to do before i die" list. Life changing experience, not with what i have seen but with what i have realized. Now, more than ever, i know what can give me a deeper sense of fulfillment and happiness.
I am a traveler.
I travel through life, dancing in its music.
As I travel a new path in my life, I close another chapter of my story. I need to create new episodes, highlighting the moments that have made me the wanderlust that I am now.
As I've said, I've been to my quarter life crisis. It was over. But there's more after quarter life. Life after the quarter of your life is a much greater path to traverse.
Let me start my new episode by introducing to you the main characters of my journey.
My Co-Pilot--He is my better half. Without him, I wouldn't make it. He completes my journey. He's a new part of my life, but ever since I found him, the journey has been more meaningful. He gives a greater meaning to every conquest I make, to every dream fulfilled, and to every new path taken. I used to travel with someone else, but we did not walk together. We took different roads. I finally found someone, who has held my hand, helped me turn the wheels, and brought enormous joy to my heart. I will never travel through life without him.
The Passenger's Seat--I travel with my family - my Mama, my Papa, and my brother. They make my travel worthwhile. They help me identify what roads to take, what destinations to conquer. They make each rough road a friendly boulevard.
The Ride--My career takes me to where I want to go. It is my ride to reach the goals of my heart. It allows me to climb mountains and cross oceans. Sometimes, it's a bicycle, moving along with my pace. There are times though, that it becomes a space ship, skyrocketing to a different world, taking me to greater heights.
The Back Seat--My friends make my travel a whole lot of fun. In times of dark streets, their laughter brings light to the journey. In times of smooth roads, their company makes me appreciate the sunshine even more.
Im a wanderlust with simple joys. I take pleasure in knowing that I love deeply and being cared in return. I live , guided by the mantra, that what you sow is what you reap. Be kind and the world will smile back.
Live Well, Laugh Often, Love Much,– the 3 forerunners of my journey . Simple yet complicated. Easy Yet Hard.
I have traveled the world, seen places, and experienced various cultures. However, the greatest realization I have in this lifetime, amidst the breathtaking sights I laid my eyes on is that, “the best and most wonderful things in this world, cannot be seen nor touched, but are felt in the heart!�
A new journey has begun, a journey towards the fullness of life! Come, ride with me.

Hey Kit! Nice reading your entry.
Am so proud of how you've grown and matured. Hopefully, I too will arrive at that state of peace.
Just remember that while I may be in the backseat of the ride, I'm a few steps behind on the trail. I'm here for you, as as I've been in the past and for as long as you let me.
